There’s just a few weeks left until the MTV VMA touches down in New York City and the already stacked line-up just got even more exciting.

Announced today (August 11), The Weeknd, Roddy Ricch, CNCO and Maluma will be joining the list of stars set to take the VMA stage.

This year, the show is trading its historic Downtown Brooklyn venue at the Barclays Center to instead host outdoor performances all over New York’s five boroughs, celebrating the resilience of the city in what has been a challenging and strange year among the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Weeknd is up for six awards, including Video of the Year and Artist of the Year. Roddy Ricch will make his VMA debut and is also up for Song of the Year and PUSH Best New Artist. Maluma and CNCO both boast one nod each, for Best Latin and the newly introduced Best Quarantine Performance, respectively.

The newly announced performers join the explosive roster of talent that includes BTS, Doja Cat and J Balvin. Keke Palmer will host the show, airing live on Sunday, August 30 on MTV Canada, Much, E!, and CTV2. Find everything you need to know about the show here.
